Who is responsible
The data controller is TOOAP SARL, a French limited liability company (SARL) with a share capital of €2,000, registered office 18 chemin du Pérollier, 69130 Écully, France, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register (RCS Lyon) under number 878 195 130. What we collect and why
- Account and access request: name, e-mail address, laboratory and needs, to create your account, approve your access and contact you about your request (contract or pre-contractual steps).
- Contact form: your request, name, e-mail address, laboratory or company, phone if you give it and message, to answer you (pre-contractual steps or our legitimate interest).
- Use of the application: organizations, workspaces, protocols, experiments, messages, support conversations and quote requests, to provide the service (contract). The raw data of your tests stays on your Animus station and is not stored on our servers.
- Questions to the assistant: the text of your question is sent to an artificial intelligence provider to produce the answer (contract). Do not include personal data in it.
- Browser notifications: if you enable them, your browser's push address, to alert you to new messages (consent, withdrawn by disabling them).
- Audience measurement on this website: only after you accept it, see cookies (consent).
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while the account is active, then deleted or anonymized within 90 days after closure, except what the law requires us to keep (invoices: 10 years). Data of a prospect who does not become a customer is kept 3 years after the last contact.
Who receives it
Our team, and providers acting on our instructions: hosting (OVH SAS, in France), the artificial intelligence provider of the assistant, browser push services, and Google for audience measurement after your consent. Some providers may process data outside the European Union under the safeguards of the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
Cookies
- Strictly necessary: the session cookie of the application and the cookie that remembers your cookie choice (6 months). No consent is needed.
- Audience measurement (Google Analytics):
_gaand_ga_*cookies, kept 13 months at most, set only if you accept them. They tell us which pages bring visitors to a demo request.
You can change your choice at any time with , also at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the contact above. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Nous traitons les données de votre compte et de votre demande d'accès (nom, e-mail, laboratoire, besoins), celles du formulaire de contact (demande, nom, e-mail, laboratoire ou société, téléphone, message) pour vous répondre, celles de votre utilisation de l'application (protocoles, expériences, messages, support, demandes de devis ; les données brutes de vos tests restent sur votre station Animus), le texte de vos questions à l'assistant (transmis à un fournisseur d'intelligence artificielle), votre adresse de notification si vous activez les alertes, et, seulement avec votre accord, la mesure d'audience du site par Google Analytics (cookies _ga, 13 mois au plus).
Durées : la vie du compte puis 90 jours après sa clôture (factures : 10 ans) ; prospects : 3 ans après le dernier contact. Destinataires : notre équipe et nos prestataires (hébergement OVH SAS, en France, assistant, notifications, Google après accord), avec les garanties du RGPD en cas de transfert hors de l'Union européenne. Votre choix de cookies est conservé 6 mois et se modifie par « Cookie settings ».
Vous disposez des droits d'accès, de rectification, d'effacement, de portabilité, d'opposition et de limitation, et pouvez retirer votre consentement à tout moment en écrivant au contact ci-dessus, ou saisir la CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
